Administration checklist

1. Complete the installer and create the first administrator.
2. Configure at least one AI provider credential and verify its models.
3. Review plans, allowances, payment providers, mail, queues, and scheduled jobs.
4. Register a healthy Builder and confirm its callback secret.
5. Review security, backups, logs, and update procedures before launch.

Keep secrets outside source control and test the complete build flow in a staging environment.
