Billing and plans

Configure plans, included allowances, overage behavior, and at least one payment gateway before enabling paid access. The Core is authoritative for balances, platform units, invoices, and settlement.

Always test successful, failed, cancelled, and webhook-retry payment paths in the gateway sandbox.
